It is the responsibility of the customer to perform necessary due diligence when configuring their website(s) or any application or service they install, create, or cause to install on TekOps, Inc. and SubSpaceNetworks, Inc. systems.  Customer accepts complete liability for damage to the hosting systems, services, and other clients service availability and will hold harmless TekOps, Inc. and SubSpaceNetworks, Inc. and their owners, officers, board members, affiliates and successors in the event a client causes an outage directly or indirectly through use/misuse or being hacked.

Backups and Data Value

It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer to back up their data in the event of data loss of any kind.  TekOps, Inc. nor SubSpaceNetworks, Inc. or any of their owners, officers, boardmembers have NO responsibility and NO liability regarding customer data or any of our own data.
